What does settlement cycle mean?

The seven-day period from Monday to Sunday during which we track your bets. At the end of each cycle we calculate cashback on all settled rounds and post the total to your rewards balance the following Monday morning.

What is a qualifying bet?

Any real-money wager on slots, live tables or sports markets that settles during the current cycle. Demo play, cancelled bets and bonus-only stakes do not accrue cashback; only rounds funded from your main wallet count toward the weekly total.

What is account tier?

A level assigned based on your cumulative stakes over the past ninety days. Higher tiers unlock better cashback rates and faster claim processing. You can see your current tier and the stakes needed for the next level in the rewards tab.

What does claim threshold mean?

The minimum balance required before you can transfer cashback to your main wallet. We set no threshold—any amount from one taka up can be claimed immediately, so you never leave rewards sitting unclaimed because they are too small.

What is net loss cashback?

A calculation method where cashback is based on the difference between your total stakes and total wins during the cycle, rather than on gross turnover. This means you earn a percentage back on losses only, not on every bet placed.

What does expiry date mean?

The point at which unclaimed cashback would be removed from your rewards balance. We do not set an expiry—cashback stays in your account until you claim it, whether that is the same Monday it posts or months later.
